playing handpicked popular songs. Susie also incorporates digital recording
technology into her sessions, allowing even the youngest students to take home
CDs of songs and pieces they have learned, or even written themselves. Songs are often recorded using drum machines and synthesizers to create a more contemporary sound. The recording experience and the encouragement to follow their own musical preferences keeps enthusiasm levels high.
